| 期待される役割とスコープ（詳細） | Communication and control: Managing the offshore & cross functional coordination at Customer Location (Project Management) Development lead: Leading the development process and guiding the offshore teams Delivery time adjustment: Guiding the teams as per project milestones ad responsible for critical reviews of offshore deliverables Roles & Responsibility: ・Support technical design reviews, business proposal for new programs ・Technical Expertise: Oversee the development of automotive eAxle systems, compassing electric and electronic components ・Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to ensure the successful development and commercialization of eAxle solutions, aligning with market demands and company objectives ・Project Management: Lead multidisciplinary teams through all stages of eAxle development, from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards ・Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to facilitate seamless integration of eAxle solutions into automotive platforms ・Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, informing product development and market positioning strategies ・Regulatory Compliance: Ensure eAxle solutions meet all relevant industry regulations and standards, liaising with regulatory bodies as necessary ・Cost Optimization: Implement cost-effective measures throughout the development process without compromising quality or performance, optimizing resource allocation and procurement strategies |

一次面談
書類選考により面談に進んでいただく方については、採用担当者より面談設定のご連絡 を致します。募集ポジションに応じて、プロジェクトチームや営業による一次面談を行います。
※リモート、または対面となります。ポジションによっては英語面接も含まれます。
STEP 03
二次～三次面談
一次面談の結果に応じて、プロジェクトマネージャーや営業部長、そしてCEO、COO含む面談を数回行います。

内定
複数面談を経て結果的に内定とさせていただく場合、採用担当者より内定のご連絡を致します。
