No, the contract will be only between the customer and SCTM Engineering.

For development support, SCTM Engineering will propose appropriate contracts such as consignment contracts, and time and material method according to the required cope of the customer.

While discussing the content of the scope, SCTM Engineering will require Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) and at the time of project execution, we will require Master Service Agreement (MSA) as such. Basically, we will propose and adjust the necessary contract types and documents in the transaction with the customer.

Yes. SCTM Engineering will assign a suitable bilingual expert according to the content of the scope.

Yes. SCTM Engineering will deliver in the most suitable format for the customer considering the requirements and the delivery lead time.

No, it is possible. Tech Mahindra has bases in about 90 countries, so we will assign you according to the desired location and region of the project.

Yes. Depending on the content of the change, SCTM Engineering will consult with the customer separately about the necessity of additional changes.

The basic lead time is one month, but it will be discussed separately depending on the size of the project and the preparation period.

No. SCTM Engineer will grant system licenses to offshore engineers.

For example, for CAD design, we are able to use NX, CATIA, Creo, etc. For analysis, we use Abaqus, Adams, ANSA, Ansys, Hypermesh, HyperWorks, LS-DYNA, Nastran, Star CCM, etc. For electronic design, we use Cadence, etc. For autonomous driving/ADAS area, we use MATLAB, Simulink and  CANalyzer/CANoe in the automotive equipment field. In addition, for cloud linkage, we can build cloud services of AWS and Microsoft as a certified partner.
There are other examples of software we use, so we will select and propose the most suitable one as per the scope.

For example, C, C＋＋, C＃, Java, Python etc. We will assign engineer who are able to use the most appropriate development language as per the scope. We can also handle projects with in-vehicle platforms such as AUTOSAR and AGL (Automotive Grade Linux).
